Your Life Is Qualifying You
May 25, 2026I have always believed that life is preparing us for who we are meant to become.
The events unfolding in your life right now are not random. They are part of the pre-qualification for the person you are becoming. Holding that belief has changed so much for me, because it has shortened the amount of time I spend in pain, struggle, or resistance. It feels less personal when I trust that there is purpose in it.
For most of my life, I lived with the belief that I was unworthy and not enough. Today, I support countless people in overcoming those same beliefs using the very tools I had to learn in order to heal and grow through them myself. Had I not lived with that internal struggle for so long, I would not be qualified to teach this work at the level I do today.
As a child, I was sexually assaulted by my older cousin. At the time, it felt like betrayal, confusion, and hurt. Today, I can see that experience through a very different lens. More than sixty percent of my clients have walked through similar trauma. Again, life was preparing me for the work I would one day be called to do.
About five years ago, one of my business coaching clients asked me to create a program that would help develop their leaders for promotion. They wanted something that captured the depth of my one-on-one work, but in a group format and in a more condensed way. I poured a tremendous amount of time and energy into creating a leadership program that would meet their needs. The results were profound.
From there, I began offering it inside other corporate organizations with small cohorts of ten to twelve people. Every single time, the shift was immediate and lasting. On average, eighty percent of the participants were promoted, stepped into expanded leadership roles, or went on to create entirely new divisions within their companies.
I share that because at the time, I did not realize what was really happening. I thought I was simply meeting a client need. But in truth, I was being challenged to create something that would later become some of my most impactful work. Something I may never have built had I not first been asked.
I often reflect on moments like that. Moments where blind faith is required. Moments where you do not yet have all the facts, cannot yet connect the dots, and still have to move forward in trust.
That is the heart of today’s Miracle Monday.
First, let this be a reminder that whatever you are being challenged by today, or whatever has challenged you in the past, may very well be part of the plan. One day you may look back and see just how divine the experience really was. So why wait for hindsight when you can begin to shift your perspective now?
Second, I want to share something with you.
For the first time ever, I am opening the doors to the public for my Elevated Leadership Experience, a four-month group program that until now has only been available inside the companies of my corporate clients.
Inside this experience, we will help you find your Stillpoint, stop reacting to stress, and become the creator of your experience. We will work on releasing limiting beliefs, shifting your perspective from “life is happening to me” to “life is happening for me,” elevating your communication, upgrading your standards and expectations, declaring and achieving goals that once felt impossible, deepening your intuition, aligning with your higher self, and leading as a true leader of leaders.
If this speaks to you, and you feel the pull to explore whether this is your next step, use the link below to book a call with me and see if it is the right fit.
